So I had an ultrasound today. And... It's a Boy!
We're very excited. Especially Adam. He picked out some baby boy clothes on the way home. We almost didn't get to know the sex because baby was curled up in a little ball during most of the ultrasound. Luckily the technician that was helping us was very patient.
Anyway. That's all.

Indexing
If there are any of you who are interested in genealogy, you should check out www.familysearchindexing.org
I just found out about indexing, I finished my first batch yesterday, and I love it. There's an article about it in the Aug. 2007 Ensign, but I'll give you the quick and dirty version:
Indexing is a new program that the LDS church is using to transfer microfilm images onto the internet so that the records can be accessible to anyone who is trying to find their ancestors. There are something like 2.5 million microfilms stored in the Granite Mountain Records Vault in SLC, and hardly any of those records are available online so far. By indexing these records you are helping other people find their families. There are most likely records containing information about some of your own progenitors, as well.
You can index from home if you have a computer with internet access. All you have to do is have the latest version of Java installed on your computer. You can index at your own pace. You can save your work at any time and come back to it later. It's seriously fantastic. Everyone should check it out.

W.I.P. s
Some (really rough) stuff that I'm working on. I figure if I post the really crappy versions somewhere it might give me an incentive to hurry up and finish them... ( Don't full view them, lest the crappyness burn your eyes.)

Random!
I'm never sure what to write when I update these things. I always get this feeling like "why would anyone want to read this?". But whateva.
We're working on potty training with Anicka. *sigh* There are good days, and then there are really really bad days. But I think the worst of the bad days are behind us. She's really doing pretty well now. We got her some pull ups (expensive!) and put up a sticker reward poster, and she's excited about it. So. Yes. I can't believe she's going to be three years old next month. It's.. crazy.
As for the pregnancy, I'm at 20 weeks now (half way!) and I have an appointment with my doctor today. Adam is finally able to go with me this time, and he's excited to finally hear the heartbeat. And today we'll be able to set an appointment for an ultrasound, yay! I can't wait to find out what we're having. Everyone keeps asking me whether I'm going to wait until the birth, so that it'll be more of a surprise. Um... no? The suspense would kill me. I have to know now!
also: I don't think Anicka believes me when I tell her there's a baby in my belly. She seems to think it's some kind of game. "Yeah, there's a baby in my belly too, mom! And... oh, look! There's a baby in daddy's belly!" Seriously, she thinks I'm just messing with her. I read some articles about preparing the older sibling for a new baby, but they were pretty much no help. Maybe taking her to the doctor's office with me will help...
In other news: I cut all of my hair off a couple of weeks ago. I'll put pictures up here some time for those of you who want to see it.
And because I like sticking random pictures up here:
Here's Anicka wearing Daddy's goggles, which was the only way I could get her in the bath for a while.
And Anicka walking home with her Aunt Sienna after playing at the park.
The end.
